For the purpose of improving the ageing resistibility and polarity, in the case of organic acid's existence, probability of synthesizing low chlorine content chlorinated-esterified polybutadiene rubber had been studied in this paper. Chlorinated-esterified polybutadiene rubber's chlorine content and chlorination efficiency was in token of NMR, and various chlorine content chlorinated-esterified polybutadiene rubber's chlorination efficiency, gel content and yield had been further studied in detail. The results showed that the chlorination efficiency, the decomposition temperature and yield rate decline with increasing chlorine content, on the contrary, gel content and glass phase temperature was rise with the increase of chlorine content. If formic acid was replaced by chloroacetic acid, not only an inactive chlorine was brought into the backbone, but also a ester group with active chlorine were joined the backbone. In this case, the engagement of active chlorine was the key of preparing thermally reversible covalent crosslinked rubber. If formic acid was replaced by benzoic acid, an inactive chlorine connected with the backbone, simultaneously a ester group with active chlorine were joined the backbone to improve the compatibility and conjunctive strength with SBR.For the sake of enhance the yield efficiency, probability of synthesizing low chlorine content chlorinated-esterified polybutadiene rubber in the 10wt% polybutadiene rubber solution has also been researched in our work. Improving the solution concentration from 5% to 10%, we can obtain low preparation cost, low dosage of impregnant and productivity.Thirdly, the above two content chlorinated-esterified polybutadiene rubber such as CBR3 and CBR6's vulcanization technique and characteristic, and the vulcanized CBR3 and CBR6's physical performance and oil resistance have also been studied. The results show that the rate of chlorinated-esterified polybutadiene rubber was slow. Super vulcanized accelerator must be used to obtain the general mechanical properties. When without carbon black, the rubber's Green strength and tearing strength were lower than BR's. When the carbon black's share was 50%, the tensile and tearing strength increased obviously. The rubber was with high rigidity, low elasticity and non-crystallize when drawn, but it has a better oil resistibility than BR. Blend rubber composed of SBR and CBR with ester group of formic acid had inferior mechanical properties, while blend rubber containing 30% CBR with ester group of benzoic acid showed better mechanical properties than SBR's.
