According to the importance of the food safety and the need of routine determination, this paper is mainly about the study on the analysis of medicine residues in animal origin food. Through the optimization of pretreated and determination condition, we tried to find the best method.Our analytical object is bee product, includes royal jelly and honey. Because of the particularity of samples and its essentiality in international trade, it is important to adopt proper method for the determination of medicine residues in it. There are three parts:The first part is about the general situation of animal medicine residues and the evolvement of the analysis. Through induction, we can realize the importance of the analysis method's development and recent technique.Second, we focused on the dentermiantion of tetracyclines residues in royal jelly. The chemical substances contained in royal jelly and the standard taked by countries such as Canada, put forward higher requirement in the pretreated and determination method. In our experiment, a method which limit of determination is 2. 0μg/kg was established through the optimization of detection and pretreated condition, especially the precipitation condition When the fortified concentration is . 10. 0μg/kg, the rocoveries of five antibiotics are basically greater than 80%, the repeatabilities also good.Third, mainly about the method to of tetracyclines and fluoroquinolones in honey. Under the condition of simultaneous pretreatment, we compared some different methods, set up the method to simultaneous determination by LC-MS/MS. The range of rocoveries of nine antibiotics studied is from 74.3% to 120.5%. |
