This paper was focused on the aluminum panel(AP) decorated plywood. After careful studying we found two feasible adhesives, one is Polychloroprene-Phenolic(PP) Adhesive, the other is Polyurethane-acrylic(PA) Adhesive. The first can achieve theâ… glue-bond strength. The second can achieve theâ…¡glue-bond strength.The reaction process between PP and poplar veneer was demonstrated in the FTIR analyzing chart.They was combined through physical strength, so the strength between PP and aluminum panel.This paper tells us the techniques for theâ… AP decorated plywood. The details are following: cold pressing strength 1MPa, Time 1hour, PP coating quality 200 g/m2.The PP coating quality cold pressing strength and time are the three main reasons for the three indexes: glue-bond strength panel bond strength and after boiling glue-bond strength. But they have different influence on the three indexes.
