Volatile oil in the leaves of Vitex negundo L. var. cannabifolia (Sieb.etZucc.)Hand.-Mazz were extracted by the steam stilling,the microwave and theultrasonic; and the volatile oil in the leaves, stems and flowers were extracted by thesteam stilling; the volatile oil in the leaves and stems of different seasons were alsoextracted by steam stilling. The chemical components of all the volatile oils wereseparated and identified by GC-MS. The amounts of the components of the volatileoil were determined by area normalization. 50 different compounds were measuredfrom spring leaves by steam-stilling, 16 by microwave extracted,21 by ultrasonicextracted. There were 51 different compounds were measured from spring stems bysteam-stilling and 51 different compounds were measured from summer leaves bysteam-stilling, 41 different compounds were measured from summer stems bysteam-stilling, the flowers were 28 different compounds.In autumn season, 42different compounds were measured from leaves by steam-stilling, 42 differentcompounds were measured from stems.Through the litter mice lymphocyte experiment by MTT, tentative study on the saliva activity of the volatile oil in the leaves,stems.The results showed that thevolatile oil possible can raise saliva activity.Study on technology conditions to flavones were extracted by themicrowave, the ultrasonic and the inner evaporation.Though the single factorexperiment, found the betters levels,then design the orthogonal experiment toresearch the optimal condition of extraction. After the microwave extraction, theratio of solid to liquid is 1:30, the temperature is 90℃and the time is 12min, thebest yield is 9.38%; after the ultrasonic extraction, the best yield is 5.886%under thecondition of 40%alcohol, the ratio of solid to liquid is1:20,time is 60min,and thepower is 600W, after the inn evaporation extraction,the best yield is 6.75%under thecondition that 60%alcohol on desorption,20%alcohol on hotly proposes,the ratio ofsolid to liquid is 1:7 on desorption and 1:20 on hotly proposes, the time is 15min ondesorption,also 15min on hotly proposes.The flavons in different places were extracted by the best technology ofmicrowave,the result shows the extracted yield of leaves is 9.33%,stems is3.19%,flower is 8.52%,the fruits is 5.67%,the roots is 4.31%.Study on the antioxidation of the Vitex negundo L.var.cannabifolia (Sieb.etZucc.)Hand.-Mazz flavones by different methods: tmicrowave, ultrasonic andinner evaporation.The results shows that the flavones were extracted by threemethods's IC50 were 0.159mg/ml,0.099mg/ml,and 0.065mg/ml.
