We separated Penicillium janthinellum strain GXCR that can resist to many heavy metal. In this study, we investigated growth and activities of some important enzymes(SOD,PPO,POD,IAAO,CAT) under normal conditions and Trp, Cu2+ , Mn2+ stresses, discussed the changing of enzyme activities under heavy metal stress. Using atom absrbing instrument to measure the content of Cu2+ in enchylema under different metal stress, so we can find resisting mechanism of Penicillium janthinellum GXCR.Growth quantity of GXCR and its mutant(SM1)were lower under Cu2+ treated than other samples, there have higher growth quantity under Trp+Cu2++Mn2+ treated. SOD of GXCR1 and its mutant(SM1) ascend under the kinds press, but other enzyme's changing were different. It indicated that irritating mechanisms of GXCR and its mutant(SM1) were different, maybe because of enzymes harmony, or different genotype arose the differentia.At present, a few researches of microorganism's irritating reaction under many a lot of environment contamination presses, also researches in this aspect is lack in China. With the studying of microorganism irritating enzyme active under heavy metal, it can offer theory gist of microorganism irritating mechanism.
