The present thesis aims to synthesis SnO2 nanostructures by water-assistedmethod, synthesis ATO and Sb2O3 nanostructures by carbothermal reductionmethod, and investigate the influences of the different experimental factors onthe special nanostructures. The fabrication of the conductive plastic by usingATO nanoparticles as the conductive filling and MMA as the basal body. wasinitially studied. The main contents are as follows:1. Several SnO2 nanostructures were controlled synthesized by water-assistedmethod through controlling the temperature, deposition locations, flowing rateof the carrier gas and so on. The growth mechanisms of the as-synthesizednanostructures were discussed.2. ATO solid spheres, hollow spheres, microships and quadrilateral microframeswere synthesized by carbothermal reduction method using ATO nanoparticlesand graphite as the source materials. The differences between the growthprocesses of the solid and hollow spheres were compared, and the growths of themicroships and quadrilateral microframes were also discussed.3. Sb2O3 hierarchical structures, nanorods, nanorods array and nanosheets werefabricated by using ATO nanoparticles and graphite as the source materials and inputting of O2 when the system was heated to the preestablished temperature. The growth mechanisms of the as-synthesized products were systematicallyanalyzed, and the effect of the O2 inputted into the system was also discussed. The photoluminescence properties of these four as-synthesized structures weretested.4. Composite conductive plastic was fabricated by using ATO nanoparticles asthe conductive filling, MMA as the basal body which was in situ polymerized. The influences of the dispersibility of the ATO nanoparticles and the addition ofthe second phase on the conductive ability were discussed.
