| The rapid development of AMT(Advanced Manufacturing Technology) requires more reliable Quality Assurance System. Machining Center has advantages of exchanging cutters and work piece automatically and multi-task machining, so it is used widely. It is counted that the annual yield of Machining Center is approximately 38% of that of Numerical Control Machine tool, and the percentage is rising year by year. With the development of science and technology, precision and miniaturization of products and raising the efficiency, the market requirement of Machining Center is rising. The development of high precise machining makes is necessary to improve the measuring accuracy of work piece. On-line inspection for Machining Center is an important constituent section. This paper intimately combines with the requirement of Advanced Manufacturing Technology, this text is deep into analyzes one Renishaw probe TP4L Z-20 which applicable to the EUMA MV-610 machining center with SIEMENS 840DE NC system, study the key problem of On-line inspection--system connection. The contents of the study are as follows:1. Firstly, the paper introduces the research background and research effects, the important function of machine manufacturing industry and its development in the process of technology. Immediately, the paper analyzed the development trend and request of the manufacturing technique, and provides the task to realize measuring function on machining center, and introduced the research and application of the related technique development.2. Study the components and working principle of on-line inspection system on Machining Center, research the source and compensating method of errors, put forward a set of methods to deal with the static error(mainly preliminary travel error), improve the measuring accuracy.3. Preliminarily study the measuring methods and path plan of some simple even curve plane in three-dimensional space. Some achievements have been gained.4. This text put great emphasis on the introduction of the construction and functions of various probes. According to the characteristics of machining center EUMA MV-610, we used suitable probe system type, and studied the theories of conjunction and communication between probe system and machining center.5. Equipped Rensihaw probe. Finding the interface and method for the connection of probe system and process center by read correlative literature and researched theoretic of link and communication between the twos. Also, validated system's fulfill and communication between systems by experiment. |
