Interfacial polymerization has been received more and more attention due to its advantage,such as easy operation,mild reaction condition,simple equipment and environmental amity etc.Recently it has been succeed in synthesizing new special function material,such as membrane,microcapsule,fiber and compound material etc., which break the original restriction that it is used for synthesizing polyester only,and bring new vitality for the classic method of the making polymer material.Based on it,in this thesis with molecule choice and structure design we succeed in synthesizing a series of different morphology function polymer nanomaterial(PANI, PFF,PSB,PANI/TiO2)by interracial polymerization,.Their structures,morphology and properties have also been studied.This thesis mainly consists of four major aspects:1.Acid-doped(HClO4,HCl,H3PO4,HAC)polyaniline nanofibers have been synthesized by interfacial polymerization and characterized by TEM,FT-IR and UV-vis spectra,thermal analysis and electrical conductivity measurement techniques. The effects of the dopant type,the concentrations of aniline monomer and the dopant as well as reaction time on polyaniline morphology have been investigated.The optimization condition of synthesizing PANI nanofibers has been given.2.Polyfurfural nanospheres have been synthesized by interfacial polymerization and characterized by TEM,FT-IR spectra,GPC,XRD and thermal analysis.The effects of the concentrations of monomer,catalyst and emulsifier on the polymer nanosphere morphology and size are investigated.The optimization condition of synthesizing polyfurfural nanospheres has been given.3.Nanorods of polymeric Schiff base have been synthesized by interracial polymerization and characterized by TEM,FT-IR,UV-Vis,XRD,thermal analysis and electrical conductivity measurement techniques.The effects of the catalyst Category,the concentrations of the monomer and the catalyst on polymeric Schiff base morphology and size have been investigated.The optimization condition of synthesizing polymeric Schiff base nanorods has been given.4.PANI/TiO2 compound nanomaterial has been synthesized by interfacial polymerization and characterized by TEM,FT-IR and thermal analysis.The effects of the activated processing condition and the concentrations of aniline monomer on production morphology have been investigated.The optimization condition of synthesizing PANI/TiO2 compound nanomaterial has been given.
