| Polymer blending is an important method for developing new polymer materials because of its simple process,easy preparation and some other inherent merits.In recent years,polymer blend have been widely applied in mang ways.With the diversity of composition and complex structure,polymer blend is different from the single polymer system such as physical and chemical characteristic.But nowadays in this aspect the in -depth and systematic research is necessary.In this paper,the super-absorption material and high temperature resistant material are prepared with the mixtures of macromolecules by microwave reaction and studied by orthogonal design.The absorption of super-absorption material for distilled water,physiological salt solution and artificial urine is investigated.The reaction of the fulvic acid to p-phenylene diamine,pyromellitic dianhydride, 4,4'-diaminodiphenyl ether is also investigated.And we also get the following results:1.We choose the best condition for preparing SAP with potato starch industrial waste by microwave and orthogonal design:the quality ratio of crylic acid to industrial waste is 20,the microwave radiation time is 1 min, the initiator is 0.1%of the quality of crylic acid,the crosslinker agent is 0.15%of the quality of crylic acid.The maximum absorption of water,salt water and artificial urine for this resin is respectively 750g/g,77g/g and 80.14g/g.2.The fulvic acid is prepared by repeating washing,ion exchange and extracting from xinjiang weathered coal.If the pH value is between 2 to 2.5,we can get the yield of 50%.If the PH value is 2.5 to 3,we can get the yield of 69%.This result have not been reported in the congeneric references.3.In this paper,for the first time the high temperatures resistant material is prepared with the fulvic acid.4.The using effect of carboxyl is better than amidogen when preparing high temperature resistant material with fulvic acid.By thermogravimetric analysis,the physical properties and thermal performance of high temperature resistant material prepared by carboxyl has a continuous changing.5.The reaction products of fulvic acid to p-phenlene diamine and fulvic acid to 4,4'-diaminodiphenyl are respectively doped with polyimide,which can enhance the thermal stability of polyimide. |
