Along with the further development of cement industry, the serious environment impact caused by the depletion of the abiotic,energy and the large quantity discharge of waste gas and owder dust, has affected the sustainable development of the whole cement industry.The eco-materials type industry has become the necessary way of the sustainable development of the international cement industry.First of all, this article has set up a life circle assessment method of cement production system.Then it takes the Calcium Carbide Sludge cements and limestone cements of a cement manufacture in SiChuan Province as the reasearch object.After that,it gathers the emission inventory of environmental pollutant of the two productions. By using a serial of methologies mentioned by LCA,it studies the edge conditions, index of environmental compatibility assessment system of the cement production, and data confirm system.It also assess the environment impact of the cement production qualitily and quantily from the aspect of the depletion of abiotic,human healthy and eco-environment impact.After the working of classify, characterise, enstandard and applying of AHP,the environment burden of the two productions are get.The main conclusion of this thesis is that the environment burden of the Calcium Carbide Sludge cement and limestone cement are 1.05×l0-10/a and 1.41×l010/a respectively .The whole burden of the forer is reduced by 25.53% comparing with the later.The other index of environmental loaden of the forer are also reduced/They are ADP:32.00%;EDP:25.65%;GWP:24.40%;AP: 16.67%; NP : 13.33%; HT: 18.39%. The sort of decrease degree is ADP>EDP>GWP>HT>AP >NP.So using the Calcium Carbide Sludge cement can reduce the depletion of ADP,EDP and GWP effectively.Another conclusion is that the key pollute stage of the cement production are the resource and power product stage and the cement product stage.The main environment impact type are EDP,HT and GWP.The prominent pollutant is CO2 and owder dust. The key to improve the environment property of cement is to increase the energy efficiency, to decrease the carboant raw materials content and to improve the burn technology. It is impossible to improve the environment property with only decreasing the consumption of coal but increasing the consumption of power, which will turn the pollution from the cement manufacture to the power production.In this paper, the environment impact of Calcium Carbide Sludge cement and limestone cement was analyzed, assessed and compared.It has great significance of the promotion of the reuse of waste materials and improvement of the environmental behavior of ecocement production. At the same time, it also provides the reference for the foundation of ecocement evaluation method and evaluation standard.
