The research of inorganic ceramic membrane began in the 1940s. Since the 1980s, the research of ceramic membrane broke through in the field of wastewater treatment .The inorganic ceramic membrane isolation technology developed lately in China, but fast. Ceramic membrane has many virtues: high efficiency, high temperature resistantance, liable work and chemicial stability. So the filtrate technology of inorganic ceramic membrane will be on a wide foreground in future.In this expriment, the work effect was researched on inorganic ceramic membrane of 0.2μm,0.5μm and 0.8μm pore size respectively and the flux regulation in different conditions as well as the resistance and characteristics of membrane pollution, and the cleaning effects with comparation.The experimental result shows: the membrane flux increased at beginning,then decreased,and consequently tended to be stable when the MLSS is almost 5000mg/L. With higher operation pressure, flux becomed lower in 0.2μm membrane. The 0.5μm membrane flux is even in different pressure.The pore size of 0.8μm membrane flux is choppy. With larger sludge concentration, the membrane flux reverse. The upflow rate did not affect membrane flux. The membrane had good removal efficiency of CODCr,the removal rate was beyond 90%, the removal rate of NH3-N which reached around 60% is better just with the 0.2μm ones and the removal rate of TP were lower. HRT didn't improve the removal efficiency of CODCr and TP to some extent, but the removal efficiency of NH3-N was increased a bit. As membrane aperture increased, the resistance of Rm(connatural resistance),R(total resistance),Rc(cake resistance) and Rf(adsorbent resistance) go with accordance.The Rm of inorganic ceramic membrane's proportion was below 1%. The proportion of Rc was nearly 97% in total. The proportion of Rf is lower than that inorganic membrane.In inorganic ceramic membrane, the proportion of physical pollution and biological pollution was nearly 50%. Colloid, protein, algae and organic resulted in the biological pollution in the treatment of sewage.In this paper,I deduced the formula as follows: R-Rm=Rc'+(1+9%n)Rf, providing reliance for cleaning frequency of membrane. In the membrane pollution process, 0.5%NaOH,1:20NaClO and 7.5 % H2O2 had good flux recovery nearly 90% after the anti-flush.
