Research On The Evaluation And Intelligent Analysis Of The Product Qualities In The Producing Process Of Fractionation

The chemistry producing processing is a enormous multi-variables and nonlinear dynamic system. It is not only important subject of theoretical research but also significant to solve the practical problems for the evaluation and analysis of product qualities in the process of chemistry producing. This dissertation presents a study on the methods of evaluating and analyzing the product qualities in a petroleum refinery, the main works included in this dissertation are:(1) The configuration and simulation for catalytic cracking producing process in a petroleum refinery has been come true in forcecontrol software.(2) The method that ANN is combined with a utility function, which is based on average, is used to evaluate the productions' qualities. And the result of evaluation is proved to be coincided with the practical test by experiment. The method can decrease the times of ANN training deeply and cut down the time of ANN training. What's more, good effect is obtained.(3) The method that ANN is combined with fuzzy technology in series is used to analyze the factors, which bring about the qualities of products. The result of analysis is proved to be coincided with practical test by experiment.(4) Based on DCS and the development of super software, DDE has been come true between them. This lead to integrate them organically.
