More and more people have regarded the global change since the twentieth century. The study of the climate change is the core and crucial contents in the study of global change. The first chapter of this paper outlines the general situation about the study of global climate change and summarizes people's cognitive process of the global climate change. Moreover, The first chapter analyses the tremendous stress of cutting down superfluous carbon dioxide that our country faced. The second chapter of this paper summaries the relationship between carbon dioxide and global climate change, and outlines the mechanism of greenhouse effect and questions the mainstream standpoint of"discharging superfluous carbon dioxide is the main reason of global warming". The third chapter of this paper discusses the global climate change on diffident time scales and analyses some problems on the study of climate observation and different idea about global climate change is put forward. The fourth chapter of this paper analyses the essential factors of global climate change, then on the basis of thermodynamics, this chapter studies the influence of water vapor on the global warming, so this paper has important foundation theory meaning.
