This paper introduces the mechanism of the hydroscopic and sweat-discharged performance materials,Through the analysis on the theory of the high-hygroscopic fiber, its kind, its development at home and abroad,its the method production, its charge ratio of combination yarn and the method production of the fabric, its thechenical measurement,its functional testing,its economic benefit,Expounded its effective ways on the development and the application of the hydroscopic and sweat-discharged performance material. And give a correct evaluation of its function and serviceability. The high-hygroscopic fiber-Coolmax by American Du Pont company and the high-hygroscopic fiber-Coolplus by Taiwan,China Zhongxing corporate company moisture absorbening and quick drying polyester fibre are adopted to the woven fabric and the design knitted fabric of different fibre combination and stitch structure, its production best operational path and parameter ect based on test and research and sum-up,In detail with attention and settlement pointed out. then test, analyze and evaluate its testing method. The result shows:The high absorbent fibre have superior absorbent quality and drying quality than common fibre since it has the special structure both inside and outside. The kinds . of hydroscopic and sweat-discharged fabrics are very good if it aword with the designs on the fabric construction,thickness,weight,content,closeness,chemical finishing ect. It has been producted in a large number of factories since its production is not high and its cost is moderate. The mechanism of the fibre is easy and the breed selection is extensive, Its design and technology have a great scope for practical application. It accord with the demand of production. Hence the hydroscopic and sweat-discharged performance material have a good economic benefit and a wild market prospect. Therefore, the hydroscopic and sweat-discharged performance materials speed uo the replacement of the older testile by new one in various textile applications...
