| The tyre is one of our country chemical industry major products , the tyre's cutting is key link in half-finished production, how its precision, will affect the tyre shaping half-finished product quality directly. Then influence tyre end product intrinsic quality. This topic is to develop the control system which set of tyre cutted.This article analysis the mechanical and controled principle which cut the tire's surface, has chosen programmable logic controller (PLC) Siemens S7-300 is the control heart, the industry PC display, the encoder limits length. Three control modes: manual, automatic, the tire side, this system has realized the automation and precise length cutting, display directly , easy to operation, highly reliability.This control system research the encoder length control, the tire's surface invariable tension control, the cutting tool length cutting control, the PID control algorithms , has analyzed each control section's control principle, the system consititution and the achieved method. The key point is length dicision cutting controls and changed speed the PID algorithm design and realization.This topic research is advantageous to enhancement of the tire production quality level, has the practical significance regarding the promotion tire production equipment automation level. The actual results show that the performance targets can meet the technological requirements, the position error is less than ±2mm,had a high appraised of manufacturer. |
