| Reaction mechanism of NO reduction by micronized coal and organic acid salt accelerator reburning was analyzed, and mechanism model of chemical reaction were established. Mechanism of accelerators'sulfur retention was analyzed and sulfur retention model was established. Relative kinetic models were involved in the models to simulate the NO and SO2 reduction process. The accelerators were prepared in laboratory. The numerical simulate result indicated that, the emissions of NO and SO2 were different between add accelerator and not. The efficiency of NO reduction raised obviously when add organic acid salt accelerator, 80% was achieved. With the increase of Ca/S, the more effectiveness of sulfur retention can be achieved. Analysis indicated that, calcium magnesium acetate was the best proper organic acid salt accelerator. |
