The anti-stick coating is widely used in daily life, and it comes to be one of the most popular topics of forming the non-stick coating by surface chemical buildup and surface structure construction. This thesis introduced some new developments as following:1. According to the specification of nonstick coating, fluoropolymer with low surface energy should be chosen as the main material. And the FEVE which can be ambient cured will be the basic for getting the low surface energy. According to the theory of bionics and powders was used to build a coarse structure onto the surface of the coating, and the hydrophobicity was highly improved. Due to the — CF3, as with a lowest surface energy, FAS was added into the coating, the -CF3 unit moved to the coating surface, and gathered on the surface, it lead to the decreasing of the surface energy. Ultimately,The surface energy can be as low as 10.6mJ/m~2, at the same time, we can get a contact angle as 122°, the typical data shows the rigidity can be up to 4H,and the adhesive force can be 1st grade. The hydrophobicity and the anti-stick specification is much better than other type of fluoropolymer carbon components and the balance performance is better as well which contribute to the widely application. And the influence of powder, FAS and other Additives to the hydrophobicity of the coating was discussed.2. We formed the nonstick superhydrophobical coating by Fluorpolymer and powder, and when a 0.1 ml water dropped on the surface, the contact angle as 153° and the roll angle as 2-3°. We studied the influence of coating surface microstructure to the contact angle (water) with the equipments as contact angle tester and the metallographic microscope. We find that the ideal construct should make the H/a (ratio of column width to column height) as large as possible. And a conclusion of the Gibbs function judgment was made that how to judge whether a drop as in a stable Wenzel status or a Cassie status. The hydrophobic synergistic by the...
