Nature gas is one kind of clean energy. There are many merits about the nature gas , such as stably burning, simple burning equipment, easily controlling when burning. Regenerative combustion is one kind of brand-new advanced combustion technology. It can save fuel, improve heat utilization efficiency, reduce the mass of NO_X and diminish the equipment dimension. In China the problem is high energy consumption, Environmental pollution in the forge furnace .If both the natural gas and Regenerative Combustion are used in the forge furnace, the result will be encouraging. Main contents are followed as:Firstly, The paper established the three--dimensional mathematical model of the regenerative heating furnace, which is used to study the temperature field and flow field when burning natural gas. The model mainly consisted of flow, reaction and radiation model. Mainly studied the temperature field and flow field in the furnace, when changing the assembled altitude of the burner, distance between the natural gas and air burner, the direction, relative speed and the preheating temperature of the natural gas and air.Secondly, the temperature field and flow field are simulated in the furnace when changing the direction, relative speed and the preheating temperature of the natural gas and air. The result is that the lower the relative speed is, the better the temperature uniformity, the higher the average temperature and the bigger the area of high temperature are. When the air preheating temperature is invariable, only enhancing the preheating temperature of nature gas, the maximum temperature in the furnace also can enhance along with it. When the preheating temperature of natural gas and the air is all in variable, the change of the velocity direction of natural gas and the air, the temperature and flow field still are changed. The maximum temperature and the average temperature curves nearly assumes the linearity to be reduced, the average temperature curve becomes the conic section change, and the high temperature area approaches the nozzle place.Thirdly, the temperature field and flow field are simulated in the furnace when changing the distance between the air and nature gas burner and the height of burner installment.
