The acoustic material is an effective measure which could reduce noise and improve acoustic environment. Because the acoustic material's functions are sound absorption and sound insulation, its major attribute is sound absorption coefficient, transmission loss and acoustic impedance. These parameters not only can guide the design of acoustic material, but also could estimate the real material. So research of acoustic material has two aspects: structure design of material and acoustic testing of material, and acoustic testing of material include software simulated research of material's acoustic attribute and experimental equipment measure material's attribute. In real application, these two methods are connected each other, and can design an acoustic material with good performance and contraposition. In this paper, it has three points: design of acoustic, software simulated research of material's acoustic attribute and experimental equipment measure material's attribute.First of all, design of acoustic material. First, this paper makes a review of the acoustic material technology, include acoustic and acoustic material on the basis of knowledge, and explain the plane wave catheter theory. Base on latter-day acoustic theory, explain the material's principle of sound absorption and sound insulation. This study based on current situation of Urban Rail Transit, designs and develops an embedded Sound-Barrier of Urban Rail Transit which can effectively reduce the noise of vehicle which is passing in and out the station. The Sound-Barrier sufficiently uses the concave space of both sides of the railway which is used for communication cable, and designs based on distributed noise result of Urban Rail Transit. At the end, this paper based on C++ develops a design system aim at D. Y. Ma's Micro-perforated Panel theory...
