The preparation of chemically modified electrode is simple that modified by ferricyanide film, and the film is multifunctional, such as the steady chemical character, the good eletricity katalysis, cheapness and so on. so, the modified electrode with ferricyanide film has applied abroad in many fields, such as molecule identify, photovoltaic conversion, electrochemistry katalysis, ion choice, antisepsis, biosensor, photolysis of water, and so on. In this paper, the chemically modified electrode with MnCrHCF,MnCoHCF in the surfaces of carbon electrode and platinum electrode have been prepared, and tokened the electrode modified with MnCrHCF film by Cyclic Voltammetry, In-situ Reflect Ellipsometry, In-situ Graze Ellipsometry and FTIR spectrum.It was studied mostly the modified electrode with MnCrHCF, and discussed the influence that it was from the change of pH. Adopted separately different electrolyte solutions to prepare modified electrodes: 0.1mol/L KCl,KNO3,K2SO4,NaCl,NaNO3,Na2SO4,LiCl,LiNO3. The results showed: we could get the symmetrical blue-violet electrode that decorated by MnCrHCF, and the reaction mechanism may be:The electrochemistry character of the MnCrHCF chemically modified electrode has been studied by Cyclic Voltammetry. we got those results to MnCrHCF/GCE at different scanning velocities: at low scanning velocities, the electricity peak value, ip, is well linear dependence to the scanning velocity (v),and it accorded with Laviron equation; at high scanning velocities, The electricity peak value, ip, is well linear dependence to v1/2,and it accorded with the rule of the transmission velocity be controlled by quality; at different pH, to MnCrHCF/GCE, the electricity peak value, ip, is well linear dependence to pH, and the electricity peak value reduced to almost nil obviously when pH value is bigger than 6.80; the electric potential (E) and the logarithm of the concentration of kalium ion (log[K+]) accorded with Nernst response when the MnCrHCF/GCE electrode was in KCl solutions with different concentrations. It has been discovered that cation had important influence to the electrochemistry character of chemically modified electrodes, the gradation is: K+>NH4+>Na+>Li+.MnCrHCF/Pt modified electrode was tokened by In-situ Graze Ellipsometry.
