The Safety Analysis And Comprehensive Assessment Method Study On Oil Gas Drilling Hoisting System

Due to the complexity of oilï¹ gas drilling process, petroleum company managers pay much attention to the safety of oilï¹ gas drilling process, and safety is the most important mission of the petroleum enterprises. Aiming at some problems of oilï¹ gas drilling safety assessment methods, such as bad cooperation, not scientific of general judgment, not comprehensive or exact of the index contents and so on, considering the wide meaning, complex, high chiasma and faintness of oilï¹ gas drilling process safety assessment index and the complexity of the assessment system itself and the particularity of hoisting system, this paper mainly studies on safety assessment indexes system and safety assessment method of oilï¹ gas drilling hoisting system process .This paper dissertates oilï¹ gas drilling process and eight production systems of oilï¹ gas drilling process--hoisting system,circulation system,transmission system,motivity system,control inspect system,assistant system,rotary system and pedestal. The eight systems are just the eight assessment cell of oilï¹ gas drilling process safety assessment system. Make sure the establishing principle of oilï¹ gas drilling safety assessment system and analyze all factors in detail..Aiming at some problems of safety assessment and influence factor of oilï¹ gas drilling hoisting system process.
