With the rapid development of science and technology, the modernized application technology in the new type of chemical, biotech and pharmaceutical industries has become the development direction of these high-tech enterprises. The solvent extraction, which is closely related to the biotech and the pharmaceutical industries, is a very important part in the chemical industry. Especially the Supercritical Fluid Extraction technology (abbreviated to SFE) has been a technology which has been given the priority for development in the industries such as the petrochemical, bio-pharmaceutical and food additive industries. The SFE is a integrated technology which combines the technology in chemical and machinery industries with that in the instrument and meter industries. Its theoretical base is the theory of the phase balance of the supercritical CO2 fluid which has been researched continually over the past two decades, and the related mathematical models of the supercritical CO2 fluid extraction which has been researched in the academic circle. To keep up with the international application of the supercritical CO2 fluid extraction technology, various domestic high-tech enterprises have gradually researched and applied the small supercritical CO2 fluid extraction plant which has certain automation level. But by the current development status they will be well behind the international leading level. To research and apply the large-scale, industrial supercritical CO2 fluid extraction plant and to solve the related issue such as the phase balance theory of the supercritical CO2, the pressure balance of the extraction plant, the control of the fluid movement and the material loading for continuous extraction plays an important role in enhancing the supercritical CO2 fluid extraction technology. The key technology of the large supercritical CO2 fluid extraction plant studied in this dissertation is a supplement to the enhancing of the technical level of the practical application of the industrial supercritical CO2 fluid extraction plant and to the enhancing of the phase balance theory and the theories related to extraction.This dissertation fully analyzes and studies the current situation of the domestic large supercritical CO2 fluid extraction plant and the basic function of the supercritical CO2 fluid extraction plant developed by our enterprise, comprehensively analyzes the problems existing in the currently manufactured large supercritical CO2 fluid extraction plant, and focuses on the comprehensive explorative study of the control system, the high-pressure vessels, the quick loading and the continuous extraction of the large...
