With the development of the economy, the ancient painting trades become hot, as a result the mounting of ancient paintings becomes more and more important. But traditional mounting paste is easy to be eroded by the mould, a brand-new anti-fungi mounting paste is badly required.By ultrasonification, with Zn(NO3)2 and NaOH as reactants, through one-step way and two-step way nano ZnO was prepared, and the dispersing mechanism of nano-ZnO in water was studied, at last with self-made nano ZnO and commercial nano-ZnO anti-fungi starch bond was produced. The purpose of this paper is to study the mechanism of ultrasonification preparation of nano-ZnO, the dispersing mechanism of nano-ZnO in water, and the relationship between the dispersing situation of nano-ZnO and the starch bond's anti-fungi capacity, to provide basic date and research methods for the production of nano-ZnO and its application in anti-fungi starch bond.First, by sol-gel, with Zn(COO)2-LiOH, Zn(COO)2-NaOH as reactants, ethanol and ethanol containing water partly as solution, nano ZnO under 35nm was produced. The effects of the types of zinc salt, alkali and solution on the size of nano ZnO were discussed. Then we tried sol-gel method with the assistance of ultrasonificaition, as a result the reacting time was reduced, and the size of nano ZnO was also reduced.Second, through ultrasonification one-step and ultrasonification two-step process nano ZnO was successfully produced in water. The effects of reactant concentration, dispersant concentration, temperature, pH, time, ultrasonification power on the appearance of nano ZnO were studied, and nano ZnO of different sizes were made by controlling these conditions.And experiments were carried to study the dispersing mechanism of nano ZnO in the water, to compare the dispersing effects of different dispersants, and finally we achieved monodispersive ZnO solution by developing a composite dispersant.The self-made nano-ZnO and commercial nano-ZnO were both used to prepare...
