With the development of modern industry,the output of industry rapidly soars.Meanwhlie,it brought us a mass of steel slag,copper tailings,fly-ash and etc.at current moment,there were several problems existed in utilizing tailings,such as no multi-purpose utilization,low additive value and low technology.In recent years,glass-ceramics are broadly used in materials of construction and decoration overseas.However,in China,because of the deficiency of technology and craft of preparation,glass-ceramics are extensively high,and not broadly used in.hencefore,deeply research is necessary,in order to decrease the cost and improve qulity.The thesis systematically summarizes the actuality and trend of materials of construction and decoration,the glass-ceramics system of tailings,the method of preparation and application.The multi-tailing glass-ceramics of CaO-Al2O3-SiO2 system was prepared by melted method with steel slag,copper tailing mine,fly-ash,Fe2O3 and Cr2O3 as nucleation agent.Characteristic temperature of glass,crystallization phase identification,microstructure and functional group of bond were analyzed by DTA,XRD,SEM and IR.The suitable composition of recipe and content of multiple nucleation agent were determined by Quadrature analysis.by the data of DTA,the scheme of thermal treatment wre determined and and thermal parameter were optimized.The performance influenced the thermal treatment and the content of addition agent,and the crystallization path wre discussed.this experiment provided suitable technique hold-up and reference laws of theory.Quadrature analysis is adopted to research the optimal parameters for the heatment the glass,Results showed that the glass should be heated 900 at the rate of 4~7℃/min,holding for 2h.then cooled in the kiln.the nucleation temperature is the most important to the mechanical property of the glass-ceramics.Experiment results showed that Cr2O3 is excellent effiectively in CaO-Al2O3-SiO2 in system,which contains full of Fe2O3.And the optimal content of Cr2O3 is 0.25wt%,with the increasing of Cr2O3,the glass become hard to melt.The...
