Research On Quality Management Of Drug Exploiture

As a special commodity, the quality of drug is one of problem which people most cared about. Drug exploiture is the most basic and most important stage which give birth to the quality of drug, its quality directly give influence to the quality of final drug. Quality management is one of important part of Management, throw the development of these years, it has developed its own theories and methods, and which has been widely applied in practice of people's production and life, and achieved good social and economic results. This paper is going to apply the theories and methods of quality management into the process of drug exploiture, including many classical theories such as quality trilogy of Dr Zhulan, namely quality plan, quality control and quality improvement, and so on. Throw horizontal analysis of four factors of system of quality management in one of process of drug exploiture, namely structure of organization, procedure, process and resource, and establish the system of quality assurance of this process. In the other hand, throw analysis of quality management in all the process of drug exploiture, make sure every process can transfer and accumulate the information of quality well, form the final quality of drug exploiture. Depend on the base talked above, this paper organically combined the analysis in lengthways and transverse angle, and summarize the basic model of system of quality management in drug exploiture. This model gives a basic method for the quality management of drug exploiture. At last, throw an example of north-drug exploiture, this paper applied the model talked above into north-drug exploiture, gives a basic pattern for quality management in north-drug exploiture.
