| A sulfate-reducing function bacterial strain A9 was separated from pumped water from refilling well in Daqing Oil Field in used of the Hungate technique. The bacterial strain A9 is G+, short bacillary, kinematic, of sulfate-reducing function, accruing H2S, facultative anaerobic bacteria. It uses the water miscible HPAM as the only source of carbon;since the similarity of A9 and Anaerofilum pentosovorans(AP716816S) is 98%, it is conjectured as a new genera of Anaerofilum micrococcus, named as Anaerofilum pentosovorans A9(GenBank entry NO. is DQ011252)。By analyzing the compositions of pumped water and polymer water from refilling well in Daqing Oil Field, measuring total DNA of pumped liquid of typical water refilling process and constructing bacterium 16S rRNA clones tree, effect of refilling process and chemicals used in refilling process on microorganism community, heredity variety and the environment were preliminarily investigated based on restriction fragment length polymorpHism(RFLP) analysis and sequencing .Continuous-flow experiment in Amaerobic Baffed Reactor was conducted to investigate the feasibility of using denitrifying bacteria to inhibit sulfate reducing bacteria which result in some sulfate and the optimal running ecological factors for waste water from Daqing, P. R. China. The experimental results showed that the addition of NO3- could effectively inhibit the production of sulfide; the SO42-/NO3- value and COD were the most important ecological factors; the optimal SO42-/NO3- value was 1:1 and the inhibitory effect was evident at low COD. The community structure of denitrifying bacteria in effective chamber, unit 3, was analyzed in view of molecular. The adding location of NO3- could directly affect the S2- in effluent water,the effective acting section was at unit 3 and unit 4 in the ABR reactor,and the effective acting time was 6h. When the key parameters of the influent water were as follows:COD=600mg/L,SO42-=600mg/L,SO42-/NO3-=1:1,and NO3- was added from the second and fifth chamber,the inhibitory effect was the most evident,the inhibitory efficiency reaching 100%,and there being no S2- in the effluent water. |
