| Coal industry is one of the basic industries, and it takes important role in our GDP. The security of the coal mining industry is the outstanding issue. It not only influences the subsistence and the development of the coal industry, but also restricts the improvement of our GDP. It is not only the problem in the coal enterprises, but also a severe problem of the society. Especially in these years, the fate casualties happened frequently, and made a great deal of injuries and loses in life and the loses in wealth. On the surface it is because of the abuse mining in mining enterprises, but in fact because of the weak supervise of the government and the absence of a effect management system. So it is important to development a new management system to enforce the management of the coal industry.In this paper, based on the security management, system engineering, enterprise culture, human resource management, etc, we analyzed a set of accidents in NANTUN coal mining enterprise since it made up using probability theory and statistics as the appraise. We found the share and exclusive problem in the management system via analyzing the experience in successes and the lesson in accidents. Especially based on the analyzing the styles and the factors of the accidents happened in the production in NANTUN Coal Enterprise, we state that: (1) the hidden trouble of security in NANTUN Coal Enterprise is mostly in management, and especially in human management, because the management is to manage human. (2) The main factors making accidents mostly exist in the organization culture and the staff behavior. So, in this paper, we radically solve the source problem of the accidents via enforcing the security culture and improving the quality of the staff. At the same time, we separated the factors of accidents into the main factors and general factors, and emphasize to solve the main factors.
