In order to research the destruction characteristics of rock engineering, the rock mechanic workers have established many kinds of theories and the models of them, and also tried to analyze the factors which controlling the destruction of rock engineerings. Regarding the rock engineering with macroscopic continuously, multi-surfaces of discontinuity or sole surface of discontinuity and with special stress, control principle analyzed was special case before. This article attempts to change the variables. According to the angle between action of rock engineering structure and external environment, the uniform and applicable research approach and method of this problem were investigated.In the paper, on the basis of establishing the control concept of weak field, the control principles of weak field and the criterions to the problems of intensity, stiffness and stability are exploded. It analyzed the factors of structure and environment have all influences on weak field. The isogeny ,plural isogeny and evolvement characteristic of weak field were analyzed too. The fluence which the rock mechanical system have on weak field was elaborated. The basic approach which adjusting the control variable of system to control the weak field was pointed out.
