The 2J4 alloy is one of functional metals, is used to produce the rotor of magnetic retardation electromotor, because of its excellent magnetic retardation performance. With the developing of science, requirement of materals'magnetic retardation is increating, so how to improve 2J4 alloy's magnetic performance become a focus of reaching, In experiment, we found that magnetic capability of 2J4 alloy is closely depend on the scale of γ phase inside, but there is no scholor pointed out how much the γ phase in body magnetic capability is best. In this paper, calculated the properties of 2J4 alloy with different scale of γ phase by micromagnetic's finite-element technique, further describe the influence of a phase on 2J4 alloy's magnetic property.Depend on the micromagnetic theory, establish fit model, final, using finit element techniques to calculate the magnetization curves and demagnetization curves, define mainly parameters on these curves: Saturated flux density B_m, Remanence B_r, Maximal magnetization field intensity H_m and Coercivity H_c. In this paper, calculated these magnetization curves and demagnetization curves of 2J4 alloys, wich include different percentof γ phase, such as 10%, 25%, 40%,55%,65%,75%,85%,90%.In this paper, using experiment to confirm the veracity of simulated result. In the experiment, Equal Channel Angual Pressing was used to refine grain size, after pressing, the verage grain size would reach to 110nm around; though tempering under different temperature to control the scale of γ phase, in this way, we can get the 2J4 alloy which is close to the alloy in calculation. Measure the magnetic capacility of 2J4 alloy that got in experiment and compare with the corresponding result of calculation. Finally, get following conclusions:(1) Calculattion the magnetic performance of 2J4 alloy by micromagnetic theory was more veracity;(2) when γ phase percent reach to 55%, 2J4 alloy's magnetic capacility is the best.
