Using ethanol produced from regenerated resource and food supplies to substitute resource which cannot be regenerated such as oil, is a applied way to resolve current energy crisis. But because of some reasons, the ethanol which produced by traditional method are more costly, then result in fuel-ethanol substitute oil develop slowly.The research of ethanol fermentation and improving ethanol productivity is still advancing, the new technique can be applied every a short time. The low concentration of fermentation culture medium, difficult filtration technique, long fermentation period, low level of yeast density in culture medium, the restrain form ethanol on yeast, laggardly fermentation and tremendous energy use are the key of research. Using and research the new technique can reduce the cost as well as improve the productivity of fermentation.Combining immobility and extraction fermentation is the good apotheosis of reaction and extraction technique. It can improve the fermentation productivity obviously. In batch fermentation, first, using the immobility yeast to reduce the poison from extraction solvent, then using extraction technique to eliminate the train form ethanol on yeast. This experimentation divide into two steps. The first is the research of immobility fermentation, Put emphasis on the research of the best fermentation condition when using sodium alginate to prepare immobilized yeast. The second is the extraction technique, fist, do the research of toxic action in free cell, inside fermentation with immobilized yeast, outside fermentation with immobilized yeast. Then proving that outside fermentation with immobilized yeast is a good way to fermentation. Then through the single factor experiment and orthogonal test, get the best fermentation condition. Two step are indivisible, the first one is the foundation, and the second one is based on the fore one.Through the single factor experiment and orthogonal test, get the best immobilized fermentation condition.Initial reducing sugar: 15%, immobility carrier (sodium alginate) :3%. concentration of immobility yeast: 50%, temperature :30℃.,fermentation time :40h.On the base of the immobilized fermentation, get the best extracted fermentation condition.Initial reducing sugar: 20%, immobility carrier (sodium alginate) :3%. concentration of immobility yeast: 50%, usage amount of extraction solvent: 15%. frequency of interim extraction fermentation: 8h one time, fermentation time 35h. temperature 30℃.On the best fermentation condition, concentration of ethanol 11.5 v/v(20℃),the concentration of residual sugar is hardly detected. reducing sugar is used well. compared with fermentation with free yeast, the result of fermentation is better, the operation is easy, it has a measure of antibiosis and has a lower costs. It set a good base for development of industrialization in the future.
