| In this paper, Ni-P/MoS2 composite film plated on the surface of Zr-based amorphous alloy was reported on for the first time by electro-less composite plating. The surface of the amorphous alloy is found to be plated a sheet of well-proportioned amorphous Ni-P film when analyzed with XRD, EDS and SEM. MoS2 particles are aggraded on the film, by which lower frictional coefficient and adhesive coefficient of the surface of the materials were gain. Cold-welding in vacuum is avoided successfully. At the same time, the quality of composite film under different plating time and mass concentration of MoS2 particles were analyzed. The .result indicated that the friction coefficient and roughness were much lower under lower mass concentration of MoS2 particlesÏ1.(Ni-P)/graphite composite film was also plated on the surface of Zr-based amorphous alloy for the first time. To some extent, the film is well-proportioned. Under the condition of simulating high vacuum ( the intensity of pressure is 10-7 Pa), adhesive coefficient experiment is conducted on the materials studied and it was found that the adhesion coefficient is generally less than 10-7, which indicates that cold-welding phenomena was greatly depressed.. |
