| In order to increase the desulphurization efficiency of the flue gas during the pulsed corona discharge process, desulphurization theory of the flue gas by corona discharge is investigated from the discharge characteristics of power supply and electrode, the effect of ammonia and water vapor activation, the optimization of reaction parameter and the reaction active of additive.The discharge characteristic of DC power and pulsed power are studied on the basis of desulphurization tests. Under the same condition, desulphurization efficiency of pulsed power exceeds that of DC power. By contrast ranking discharge characteristic of four electrodes, the nozzle electrode is the first, the sawtooth electrode is the second, the angle iron spinous electrode is the third, the star electrode is the fourth.The investigation of the impact of water vapor activation for pulsed corona discharge on desulphurization efficiency shows that the desulphurization efficiency with water vapor activation is better than that without water vapor activation. With the increase of pulsed voltage and flux of water vapor, the desulphurization efficiency will be promoted, while, with the increase of flue gas speed, the desulphurization efficiency will be reduced. Pulsed voltage frequency has a little effect on desulphurization efficiency.The investigation of the impact of NH3 activation for pulsed corona discharge on desulphurization efficiency shows that the desulphurization efficiency with NH3 activation is better than that without NH3 activation under the same condition. With the increase of NH3/SO2 mol, desulphurization efficiency will be improved. With the increase of pulsed voltage, desulphurization efficiency will also be promoted. NH3 activation can improve desulphurization efficiency obviously in the chemical reaction of pulsed discharge plasma desulphurization. The temperature, flue gas speed, flux of water vapor and pulsed voltage will influence the pulsed discharge plasma desulphurization efficiency. From the orthogonahy experiment, we can get the best parameter fabricate: when reaction temperature reaches to 70℃, flue gas speed is 0.2m/s, flux of water vapor is 1.0m3/h, pulsed voltage is 40kV.In the reaction of the pulsed corona discharge, CuO/γ-Al2O3 and CaO can help to promote the desulphurization efficiency, and in normal temperature, using CuO/γ-Al2O3 and CaO as additive, desulphurization reaction can occur spontaneously. |
