| Nowadays, Full Face Rock Tunnel Boring Machine has been one of main construction facilities in tunneling industry. The paper introduces the design of control system according to working principle of the Continuous Boring Open Type Full Face Rock Tunnel Boring Machine. The system design includes choice of components, software program and hardware circuit design, and at last through online simulation to prove the system feasibility. The design of control system realizes the good coordination between two sets of thrust and gripper fixtures and constant force on the cutterhead in the transient process, and reaches continual tunneling. The entire process will be monitored by Touch Panel and Position Machine. |
