| A series of hydroxyl group ended hyperbranched aliphatic polyesters (HBPE) with trimethylolpropane as a core and 2,2-dimethylol propionic acid as a branched monomer was synthesized by a semi-one-pot method in this paper. Generation 4 weighted about 12100 was selected to be object in this study. Some HBPE was introduced into polymethyl silsesquioxane (PMSQ) system directly, and a series of HBPE/PMSQ composite membranes with deferent ratio were prepared. Some HBPE was modified with 3-isocyanatopropyl triethoxysilane (TPIC) and hyperbranched polymers with triethoxysilane as end groups were obtained (HBPE-TPIC). HBPE-TPIC was then introduced into methyl silsesquioxane (MSQ) system to form sol-gel composites by chemical linkages, thus a HBPE bridged PMSQ composite membranes were prepared. Techniques such as Solid State NMR, FTIR, and Molecular Nano Size Analysis were used to characterize the modified hyperbranched polymer and the composites. By measuring the 13C T1, T2H, T1ÏH, the structure , the mobility and the compatibility of two components of composites were also studied. |
