| With the strong needing of energy in recent years, many kinds of energy investment concentrate on petrochemical and coal mine ,at the same times these provinces which have the energy resources are speeding up constructing the region where storage petrochemical etc. Here it can storage,conserve and secondary-transportation so as to help for the economics. This paper is based on the high-technic section in Chang Zhou using atmosphere diffusing theory and deducing leaks and diffusing in the oil tank region. Deducing the result including thickness,area,quantity, the size of the leak aperture. There is the fact significance for How to do in time and giving investigation when similar accidents happened.There are Sutton,BM,FEM3 models in the field. The model of Sutton resolved the diffusing problem with the onflow Stat theory. While to the combustible gas there is a matter that it has a big error when simulating. The model of BM is made up of a series of running and instantaneous giving out heavy gas chart that are based on experiment data. This belongs to experiment model and the extension was worse. The model of FEM3 is the same with dealing running fountain and finity leakage. This model has large calculation and very difficult simulation with computer while is the same with heavy gas merely. It can simulate two kinds of leakages the running and instantaneousThe most popular using model diffusing is Gaussian. It is the same with neutral gas only but simulate precision is worse. It can simulate two kinds of leakages the running and instantaneous. Because it put forward earlier and have many experiment datas so it is mature. This model simple, easy understanding small calculation and the results accord with the facts that this model are widely used now.Based on the up forward models'characteristics the writer considered we can analyze and deduce the diffusing using Gaussian model. This paper adopts the Gaussian model calculation and analyzing the result with the Matlab software at the same time using software of Suffer giving the corresponding drawings. From this we can deduce whether this model better to the facts at the same time giving some duidance for the management and emergency when something happens. |
