The problem of mechanical and electronic match in the numeric control machine would cause many quality problems in the model cutting. Such as rough surface and overshot point surface. This topic focused on the solution for the problem and did research in 611D drive system optimization on the machine DMC64V.In theory, the topic analyzed the vibration transfer based on the machine mode with calibration of the frequency response. It also explained the motion control for the 611D drive system on DMC64V. From the setting of velocity, accelerate and jerk, we wanted to find the basic theory of the parameter optimization setting.In practice, the topic of this thesis began the research of position controller, speed controller and current controller in 611D drive system from the result of the theory. It analyzed the relevant machine date of the controller parameter and designed the scheme of the optimization. From the test of calculating the frequency response of the three controllers with the software "IBN tool", we could know the function of the system machine date. Based on the above work, the drive system optimization scheme would be made up and put in practice. It was proved by one example that the machine could almost eliminate the above problem and works stable after drive optimization.
