The coal mining has been applying long-wall synthetic mining in china. With developing in tens of years, technology and equipment of the synthesize is becoming mature day by day. The synthesize mining has become the one of major method of coal mining in our country since it has the advantage of high efficiency and yield. It has reached over leading level of world in the thick coal seam of 25 degree inclining slowly, has applied in all over the country in 60 more than degree urgent oblique coal seam. We also have explored the synthesize technology in around 45 degrees thick wall of coal seam, but it is failing by now. In our country, urgent - incline coal seam takes total reserves 17%, especially in the west, takes 30% more than. So it is important that to research the mechanicing mining technology of this coal seam for raising and developing our coal mining. At the same time, if the research can success and apply extensive, it also has important realistic meaning for the enforcement of west big development strategy.Therefore, cooperating with the university of Xi'An of science and technology, we has proved fully the feasibility for project, combinated similar material simulated experiment ,value calculation and the method of damage theoretical analysis, and summarized the succeed experiences of synthesize mining for many years. Combining on domestic and international synthesize equipment R&D and supplemental scientific theory and practice experience, we have put forward for the first time and developed front-end support side to protect installation by plenty of investigation and technology tackle key problems. The installation has not only solved the technical baffling problem of " triangle district " enclosing sexual supporting of termination on face, but also realized the stabilizing of front-end supporting. Then which has the creating narrow top beam structure of basic supporting with wide designing route ( 1350 mm-1650 mm), two-way two alive sides protecting structure of widened total length (400 mm)and resisting skid and adjusting installation, it has guaranteed the applicability and stability which the supporting is in urgent - incline special thick coal seam and realized the supporting can active preventing fall, resist skid and adjust it. Unique designed installation which like glid swallow end has controlled rear scraper conveyer and can make former scraper conveyer - supporting - rear scraper conveyer to form the antiskid system which the supporting is main and can protect each other. Some of crucial technologies of creating supporting have been reported national patent. Through testing under well, we have found that the supporting has strong adaptability and good stability, can resist torsion x and loading well, resist skid good. During experiment, the highest produce of testing face has reached 70,681 t per month. It has made good society and economic benefits for us, has established foundation for our company development in the future and reached the requirement of project contract. By appraising, the supporting has reached over leading level of world and explored a successful road for the long-wall synthesize mining in urgent-incline thick coal seam.
