| The billboard artifactitious industry came into being and develops rapidly with the development of trademark and advertising, which bring some environmental problems. The billboard artifactitious industry that let off VOCS unbusinesslike was located residential area or shopping center. Now there are no studies on VOCS from the billboard artifactitious industry in our knowledge. In this study, the component, tocicity and determination method of VOCS from the billboard artifactitious industry was investigated in order to provide the efficient estimate standard for lawman.1. According to the analysis of artifactitious industry pollution source, it can be seen that the billboard artifactitious industry produced a great deal of toxicant gas and dust.2. The VOCS from the billboard artifactitious industry were investigated using refrigerant concentrate GC-MS. The experimental results indicated that the VOCS methacrylic acid methyl ester (MMA), styrene, benzene, toluene etal which from the billboard artifactitious industry could do a lot of harm to people. Concentration of MMA was 256.0 mg/m3 and styrene was 21.44mg/m3. According to the different of toxicity, discharge quantity of VOCS and the environmental reference, MMA and styrene was determined to be the preferential surveillant gas.3. The method solid adsorbent - solvent desorption and analysis by GC ( FID ) was used to determine the preferential surveillant gas. From the experimental results, it can be seen that 0.1 mg active carbon's breakthrough volumes ( BTV ) of MMA and styrene were >15.0 mg and >14.5 mg, respectively, in the coexist of MMA and styrene. The desorption efficiencies of 1ml CS2: CH2Cl2=1: 1 (v: v) are 100.8% for MMA and 101.6% for styrene, respectively. The detection limits of this method are 0.015 mg/m3 for MMA and 0.42 mg/m3 for styrene when the volume of tracked gas is twenty litres.4. The MMA and styrene were studied by the head space-GC-MS-select ionic method. The head space bottle was used to be the instrument for diluting and collecting gas, which avoided errors form injection by hand and other factors; The MS and select ion method was used for determination of substance analyzed in this study, which debase detection limit of target; Meanwhile, there are no organic solvents, so this method is a friendly method and not harm to both environment and analyst. The detection limits are 0.07 mg/m3 for MMA and 0.09 mg/m3 for styrene, respectively. |
