Phosphorus is a vital biogenetic element in the natural water body, and its space distribution controls the primary production of the water body ecosystem. The content of phosphorus governs the status of the growth of the aquicolous organism to a large extent, and also it is the determinant of eutrophication in water body. DTP includes DOP and DRP in water body. At present, DOP can not be determined directly by phosphomolybdate-blue colorimetric method so it must be transformed to DRP through a certain digestion method first. Presently if using the general GB digestion method, HTHP disposal in digestion kettle is needed, which will bring complicated procedures and cause big operation process.Also as anthropogenic factor can impact the result easily, this method cannot meet the requirement of online environmental analysis. Furthermore, organic phosphorus pesticide does harm to our water environment badly, and it couldn't be decomposed efficiently by the normal method. So a kind of efficient method to decompose organophosphorous was badly needed to solve these problem.As an advanced oxidation technology, photocatalysis has it own advantage on the degradation of organophosphorous, it could decompose organic compound sufficiently without any secondary pollution. It was used to decomposed the organophosphorous to develop its application on the analysis of DTP and the degradation of organic phosphorus pesticide. In the experiment of this dissertation, TiO2 fiber is used which is easy to be separated and has good light permeability.It is more suitable to be used in photocatalytic instruments comparing with nanometer TiO2, and meanwhile, it can keep high activity in photocatalysis.Firstly, this dissertation brings TiO2 fibre used as photocatalysis into organophosphorous digestion and DTP mensuration of natural water body. The dissertation also selected nucleotides such as ATP,ADP,AMP,GMP which can represent the organophosphorous composing (end products and intermediate products of aquicolous biology's metablization) as the researching object to carry through the photocatalytic degradation experiment.
