The paper is aimed at the process of improving strength and toughness of low-alloy ultrahigh strength steel 40CrNi2Si2MoVA. By contrasting and analyzing different microstructure characteristic and variable curve of mechanical properties, the change rule of structure and properties can be found to discuss the influence of the different chemical composition and heat treatment on strength and toughness. The right chemical composition and heat treatment parameter can display the best ability of the material and has the definite applications of production practice. |
