Mesoporous materials have been obtained by means of the corporative interaction between inorganic precursors and supra-molecular surfactants through sol-gel process. The unique structure such as extremely high surface area (up to 1000m2/g), large adjustable pore size (2-50nm), uniform pore arrangement, and narrow pore size distribution have made such materials the focus of great interesting. They could have potential usage in various areas especially as adsorption and separation, ion exchange, catalysis, molecular host, optoelectronic, photo devices, sensing, drug delivery, which have been the focus of the research in the condensed matter physics, chemistry and materials fields since the first discovery of M41 S family in 1992.In applied angle of the mesomaterial , how to improve its structure and capability is the importance development direction . The synthesize for the functional ,the big aperture and multidimensional aperture structure of mesomaterial is the importance development direction, application of the new technique such as nanotechnique etc. in mesomaterial's realm and the study for new function and new application for mesomaterials is the way of the mesomaterial's development for mesomaterials. In this text, we utlized sol-gel method, using the cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) as surfacetant, the tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS) as inorganic silica source, prepared the mesoporous film which pore is about 5nm . The weight loss , structural, morphology, composition, etc. are measured by thermogravimetric analysis, infrared spectra (FTIR), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), san...
