Vaccinium uliginosum L., as a kind of food or medicine, has been considered as one of the five healthy foods by Food and Agriculture Organization. Vaccinium uliginosum L. contains lots of bioactive compounds, whose fruits extractive can be used to treat diarrhea, dysentery, stomatitis etc. and whose leaves extractive can be used to treat eyes diseases, vascular disorders, Diabetic complication etc. Therefore, the extracting and purifying technology of flavonoids were studied systematically, which had laid a foundation for the deep study of Vaccinium uliginosum L. in the field of food and medicine.Aluminium salt spectrophotometry method was used to draw the standard curve of flavonoids, Through this method, the linear relationship was good, the precision was high, the reproducibility was good, the stability was reliable, the recovery rate was high, this method was very proper for the determination of the content of flavonoids. The regression equation of standard curve was: A=0.01421c+0.00014, the coefficient correlation9( r) was 0.99902.Using ultrasound diffusion method, thermo-refluxing method, High Pulse Electric Field and merceration method to extract flavonoids of fruit,...
