Study On Management Of Wastewater Eco-treatment System Based On Experiment Of Microbe's Analysis

Water is one of the precious resources in the world. However, water pollution is much more serious than ever before. And it has aroused the attention of the governments in the world. Furthermore, the subject at resolving water pollution has been regarded by WEO as their main job.Nowadays, people pay more attention to eco-treatment system. This paper studied the microbial ecology of the wastewater eco-treatment system of Shijiazhuang Institute of Mechanical Infantry by the dilution plate technique, most probably number. It has discussed the affecting elements of the dealing effects and the optimizing methods.The results of the dilution plate technique, the amounts of the bacteria, viable fungi, actinomycete of the water samples ordinal decreased as the follow order: the influent of bio-filter, the influent of water plant tank, the effluent of water plant tank, the effluent of constructed wetland. But the amount of protozoan is firstly increased then decreased. And the species of protozoan are increased. The amounts of the microorganism in the wastewater eco-treatment system are changed with the season. In water samples, the amount of the bacteria is largest in July; the amounts of viable fungi and actinomycete are largest in Sep. In soil samples, the amounts of the bacteria, viable fungi, actinomycete in the lower soil samples are largest in July. From July to September, the amount of nitrifying bacteria is decreased; the amounts of the denitrifying bacteria and ammonia-oxidizing bacteria are increased.Form the analysis of the experiment's result, the factors that affect wetlands system contain organic content, temperature, kinds of plants ,the growing condition of the plants ect. According to the analysis result and manage principle, the paper discussed running manage of wetlands system, it be conduce to the improvement of polluted water running effect of eco-treatment system.
