But the polymers were flammable and easy to cause fire, which have become a social problem that concerns all human beings. With the antiflaming statute get more and more perfect, it promotes the study and application of the flame retardent straight. In order to solve the requirement of less smoke and less poison of polymers, the most available method is to add a kind of flame retardent with high active and low poisonous. The intumescent flame retardant as a kind of low smoke and low poisonous compounds have showing good antiflaming and application foreground. It develops with the polymers, the flame retardent market in the world develop in full flourish since 1960's, new type flame retardents emerged in endlessly.Recently, intumescent flame retardants (IFR) have received a considerable attention because IFR are of non-halogen, low toxicity, low smoke release and environmentally friendly. So we designed and synthesized three series compounds which containing phosphorus, nitrogen and etc. element:(I) N,N'-di(5,5-dimethyl-4-substituted phenyl(Hydrogen)-2-oxo-1,3,2-dioxaphosphoyl)-4,4'-diamino diphenyl ethel;(II)5,5-dimethyl-4-substitued-phenyl(Hydrogen)-1,3,2-dioxa-phosphorinan phosphono-aminoyl-semicarbazide;(III) N-(5,5-dimethyl-4-substitued-phenyl(Hydrogen)-l,3,2-dioxa-phosphorinan phosphono-aminoyl)- N' -dianilineyl phosphonohydrazine. The structures of the target compounds are confirmed by IR, ~1HNMR, MS and elementary analysis. The spectroscopy properties are analyzed systematically. The results show that the structures of the synthesized compounds are identical with the expected ones.TG and DSC analysis of some typical compounds are discussed to estimate their stabilities. The results indicate that most of the compounds begin to decompose at 200℃ and have certain thermal stability. They decompose rapidly during 220-400 ℃, and the temperature range overlap with the decomposition temperature range of most polymers,... | | Keywords/Search Tags: | intumescent flame retardant, 1,3,2-dioxaphosphorinane, diamino diphenylethel, aminoyl-semicarbazide, aniline, synthesize, alkyd resin varnish, epoxy resin, flame retardance | | Related items |
