| The highly reactive sorbent with oxidization was prepared from fly ash,lime and additive .We find the additive NaClO2 which have the uppermost denitrification efficiency by the fixture bed experiment.And then we have the simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification experiment on the duct injection, we study additive content,temperature,humidity and Ca/(S+N) which have effect on the efficiency of desulfurization and denitrification, and find the optimal technologic condition. We have the primary test on the circulating fluidized bed with the technologic condition, and find the removal efficiency is 93.6% and 68.8% for SO2 and NOx respectively. The next is primary dynamics study on NO absorption with liquid NaClO2, acquire the reaction order of NaClO2 and NO and the activation energy, and study the effect of kinds of parameter on the absorption rate. The study work offer important basic data to industrial application of simultaneous removal SO2 and NOx based on Flue Gas Circulating Fluidized Bed. |
