Montoring System Of Powered Supports In Fully-Mechanized Coalface Safety

Considering the powered supports in fully mechanized coalface safety monitoring status quo and the existing main problem, we designed this monitoring system of the powered supports in fully mechanized coalface safety monitoring system which integrates modern signal gathering technology, signal transmitting technology and computer information processing technology.In the system, monitoring distributed station monitor regularly the sensor signal of the pressure, displacement and speed signal under the living post. And show, store the data gathered. Monitoring distributed station and the surveillance computer transmit the data each other. Among them there are two kinds of transmission means: One kind is utilized by the attenbant gather the data from monitoring distributed station to holding collector through infrared, RS232 ,etc., and then the attenbant transmit the data from holding collector to the surveillance computer through RS232 after the holding col lector was taked to the ground. Another kind can utilize by the fieldbus CAN online communication way transmit the data from monitoring distributed station to the surveillance computer, the surveillance computer analyse and process the data.The system satisfies the production units' demand that it can monitor the shaft working state completely, real time and chronically.This paper mainly introduces the choice of the system project, pressure sensor, displacement and speed sensor, mentality of designing and working principle and realizing method and mutual communication way of holding the collector and monitoring distributed station and Chinese monitoring software, the related hardware circuit and the design of the software.The system optimizes safely monitoring system of the traditional powered supports in fully mechanized coalface.
