Study On The Separation Device Of The Expansion Tube

The paper studies the functional mechanism and characteristic in the separation device of the expansion tube, and it main studies that the inter-coupling of the explosive dynamic load and medium change influences the separation process of the expansion tube. The key parameters and action law of the separation device of the expansion tube are initially determined by the project test. And the key parameters of the notch bolt type and the separation plate type expansion tube are depend on the system study. The main research results are that:(1) it analyzes the physics pattern of the separation device of the expansion tube in the action process, and it sets the principle in the design phase. The main idea of the design is the dynamic and static design ; the inter-coupling of the explosive dynamic load and medium change is the main thought of the design. And it determines the specific design step of the separation device of the expansion tube.(2) The result of the theory analysis and test study determines the important parameters and action law of the detonating fuse , metal flat tube ,notch bolt and separation plate in the separation device of the expansion tube.The successful study of the separation device of the expansion tube fills in the domestic gaps, and it has the more new ideas and the development.
