The modern Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machine is important equipment of mechanical equipment. With the contours of part are becoming more complex, higher precision are required, as the result the demand of NC machine is increasing gradually. The reconstruction of old machine for CNC is an efficient means to promote the progress of the manufactory, which is adapted to the situation of our country. Its range is wide, its cost is low and its period is short.Based on the analysis about the present situation of NC machine in ShanXi Aircraft Cooperation, proposed reconstructive blue print of 20-10FPS00NK.(1) By analyzing of the previous NC system, this paper decided the reforming method, carried out the software design and hardware layout of the NC system during the process of reforming and analysis about NC system and completed reconstruction of old machine.(2) During research and reconstruction of servo system, designed control method of feed and main axis, and decided servo controller. At the same time calculated the type selecting for the servomotor and measuring components. Though setting up mathematics model, this paper researched the performance items and working theories to the serve system and analyzed dynamic, static state of servo system based on the mathematics model. The model foundation settled theory base. Adopt front feedback for improving servo system creatively.(3) This dissertation has compiled the PLC sequence program. It expounded the fundamental theories, working process and language structure of the PLC control system, and gave the function module and signal fetch of PLC disposal, screw thread distance compensate, circumference error compensate deeply study.(4) As followed, this paper debugged the program and solved the problems that were found during the debugging, and measured the accuracy and repeating accuracy.
