The 50 active strains with the activity against Pyricularia oryzae, a plant pathogenic fungus, were screened out from 2,890 filamentous fungi, which were separated from 128 soil samples of China on the base of conidia mycelia deformation or growth inhibition of Pyricularia oryzae. Futhermore, 7 strains of the aboved 50 active strains was detected to have the significant bioactivity for conidia mycelia deformation and better inhibitory effect on Penicillium or Aspergillus niger than ketoconazole in 50μg/mL. Eight kinds of cyclic dipeptide isolated from fermentation liquid of the NO.19 strain were detected by GC-MS or LC-MS using active guidance.Cyclic(leu-leu) dipeptide, cyclic(pro-leu) dipeptide, cyclic(ala-phe) dipeptide were identified in the fermentation broth by comparing with the MS data of the three chemically synthesized cyclic dipeptides. The results of anti-fungi experiment showed that cyclic (pro-leu) dipeptide could inhibite the growth of Penicillium and Aspergillus niger, and cyclic (leu-leu) dipeptide could inhibite the growth of Candida albicans, Microsporum fulvum, Rhodotorula glutitis, Penicillium and Aspergillus, and cyclic(ala-phe) dipeptide could inhibite the growth of Candida albicans, Penicillium and Aspergillus niger by cylinder-plate method. In all, antineoplastic and antifungus compounds could be screened simply and quickly associated Pyricularia oryzae model with cylinder-plate method, and the structure of the compounds could be identified accurately by association GC-MS or LC-MS, NMR with chemosynthesis.
