The main components in turpentine oil system are a-pinene, β-pinene, p-cymene and limonene etc.The excess enthalpies for two binary systems of turpentine oil system were measured at 298.15K and atmospheric pressure by RD496-III microcalorimeter and correlated by Redlich-Kister equation and the standard deviations were quite small. The experimental data of excess enthalpies for the binary system of (s)-(-)-limonene+β-pinene are in good agreement with that of the reference, besides some data on the maximum were a little smaller than that of the reference. The excess enthalpy data of β-pinene+p-cymene was firstly reported. The results showed that the experimental excess enthalpies for turpentine oil system could be measured by RD496-III microcalorimeter. The excess enthalpies for three binary systems of α-pinene+β-pinene,... | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Turpentine oil, Excess enthalpy, α-Pinene, β-Pinene, p-Cymene, (s)-(-)-Limonene, Microcalorimeter | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
